Chat with Audio, possible Video Functionality

I never did this and before start googling around I thought I'd see if any of you got experience with this.

My preference would be something allready build (like I use phpBB for a Forum, Moodle for Course Management, etc), whether free or paid for.

Anyone did this before?

His chatroom has a module that has webcam + mic ability. I believe he does include the source when you purchase it, so it'll give you a good start.
