Common Dialog in a web page?

How do you use the windows common dialog in a web page? I would like to allow visitors to change the color of a page with the standard windows dialog.
Anyone have any ideas? :confused:

I can now use any of the common dialog features on a web page but I can't find any documentation for setting the flags for each dialog. I got some of them working through trial and error.
Does anyone know where I can find some info on this??
