Crystal 10 export to word
Hi to all,
I have problems in exporting reports to .doc. When I export a report, fields in exported document have frames(frame delimited) on it. In crystal 8 I exported to document wihout problems. Are there any solutions regarding this? THanks Guys..

Re: Crystal 10 export to word
What is "frame" delimited? CR 8 works differently then X does. 8 has supporting dlls for each export type that you want to support in your program and needed to deploy just those dlls. In X I believe you have the Merge Modules which should include these supporting files. Is your app running on a system where CR 8 supporting dlls were installed and now running X dlls?

Re: Crystal 10 export to word
DLL files are installed correctly. Frames are just like text boxes in word. In crystal 8, export to word works fine, without delimiters. But in X, fields in the report are surrounded by text boxes instead of nothing..

if you want to see the comparison, I can send you the file exported in 8 and X.

Re: Crystal 10 export to word
I have 8.5 and XI with Word 2003 (Word 2007 on a system with no CR).
The export may not be a valid test as the CR versions are different but if you want. SaveData with the report so its easier to test and export with data.
