[RESOLVED] Version Reply?

I am almost finished with my IRC client and I'm using Winsock. But I am wondering if someone could tell me how to make my program have a version reply?

For us that have never used IRC, what do you mean by "version reply"?. Have you read the IRC RFC (http://www.rfc-archive.org/getrfc.php?rfc=1459)?
