Customized IM/Email Client

Can someone contact me with ideas to get this done ??? I already have C code that does most of item 2) below

Here is what I would need.

1) to be able to get im on my mobile phone from google talk, aol-aim, live-msn,earth link ( I do not have these on my phone but for my secretary on the desk top. If at the desktop the can call my secretaries through any of the ims. my ip and information is blocked and encrypted.

2)Email Client with Instant Messaging and Server (is this like an appointment scheduler etc database)

3) it to be encrypted, also so no one can copy or print the chat or find my location.

4) the icon button to show on the web site with a little flash when I am on-line and logged in either from my im enabled cell phone or on my desk top.
