Network Monitoring Tool
Hi guys.
I'm a system developer, my applications normally involves network connections. I'm having problems right now involving network traffic. You see, I'm not well-versed when it comes to network setup. What I just want is to know if the network is performing fine. Can you recommend any kind of application tool which I can use to monitoring the traffic within our network?
Thanks is advance.

Are you looking for something that is free, or do you have a budget with which you may purchase a product?

I need something that can see if there's traffic within our network. All scripts i'm running seems to be very slow. This way I would know if it is my script or it is the network.
