i have a problem on login forms..

if i add a new user.. i cant store it to the database

wanna know the basic concept of database

can anyone give me an example like

a textbox
a button
a datagrid
..

when i type a word on the textbox.. and click the button.
it appears on the data grid..
is it possible??
