Monitor bandwidth over spesified port?

I want to monitor bandwidth over a port I spesify.

Ex: If I specify port 80, it will monitor the upload and download volume downloaded and uploaded from the web.

I have no idea where to start even.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking for a canned tool to purchase or are you looking to develop something for yourself?

Either will do, but if I can find some sample code I would like to create it myself.
