my main hobby is weightlifting and bodybuilding.

Ive already made a program to record the size of certain muscles etc. But ive kind of run out of ideas for that.

    Re: Inspiration.

I do a fair amount of weight training, as well, but don't have all that much time right now, so I have to make the best use of the time I have. I can spare about an hour a day for about five days a week. I started by dividing up the exercises I could do into muscle groups, and working one group each day. The problem was that I had three groups, so in five days I would get two of the groups twice, and one of the groups once. I found that my muscles got trained to the routine, and I hit a wall. Worse yet, I sometimes only got to each of the routines once a week, so a set of muscles could be worked as little as once a week, which wasn't much of a routine.

My solution was to write a program where I listed all of the routines that I had means to do. For each exercise, there is also a range of reps that I felt was reasonable. When I press the start button, the program randomly selects one exercise from the list, and randomly selects a number of reps from within the range. There is also a range for the number of exercises in the routine, so I don't know until I start the program, how many exercises I will draw on any particular day. Some of the days can be "easy", while others can be brutal. The randomness in reps and order means that I can draw the same muscle group three times in a row for high reps. Since I take no breaks between sets, except for the time it takes me to get to the PDA and back (I leave it downstairs, so I DO have something of a break), drawing the wrong sequence can leave me downright rubbery. So far, this has proven to be an ass-kicking routine that leaves me feeling pretty good, and gets me through all muscle groups in a realistically diverse fashion such that there is no learning going on.

There's an example you might consider, make a personal trainer program.
    My usual boring signature: Nothing

Now and then I enter small competitions with my friends.

and I also enjoy football, basketball. Athletics.

A real hooby I have is creating things, Wether its a little model made out of paper or a wooden unit. Or even making something like a program on a PC. But i guess thats why i wrote this thread.

And for whoever posted before me. Sorry I forgot your name, but I already have everything I need written down on paper for that. and I have many copies too
