    Can't connect to Mysql server (10060)

    I have recently started to get this error message

    Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to MySQL server on '' (10060)
    When try to connect a database hosted at unix server from my home pc. Few days ago it was working fine and now don't know what happened that it has started to show me this error.

    Can anybody help me in finding solution of this problem?

    You'll need to ask whoever's hosting the server as they are denying the connection.
