Advice on Learning Drupal
Hi,
I applied for this position and the guy gave me the week-end to get back to him with an honest answer on if , and how fast, I can learn Drupal.
Unfortunately, I had a hectic week-end ("out of job" foreigner teaching english..that take up all of your week-end), and did not get very far in looking into it.
So I thought I'd ask you guys what you think (hoping there are some Drupal pro's here).
For what it matter, I have not worries about learning something new. Besides VB6, which I did a course for like 8 years ago, I tought myself all the rest over the years....Vb.Net, c#, asp.net, web development, php, mysql...blah blah....just never got to content management systems.
So, in your honest opinion, what is a reasonable time to pick up on drupal if you got like 8 to 12 hours free a day and put all you got into it?
Any "special notes"? I was told "it's not so easy" by the new boss to be... Not that i bother too much with that.. (nothing wrong with some confidence eh?)
