Crystal always reserves enough space equal to the combined height of all Page Footers, even those that are suppressed by formulas. You can configure it to reserve only the space needed for the tallest page footer section using the Reserve Minimum Page Footer option. However setting that option alone doesn't solve your problem because your tallest page footer is the one you want suppressed. But setting that option does give you a work-around.
So to get around this problem,
move each line currently in Page Footer A into its own section.
Add the suppression forumla to all these new sections.
Set the Reserve Minimum Page Footer option of the top level Page Footer section.
Since all sections now equal one line, Crystal only reserves one line for the Page Footer.

Sorry ! but your suggestion does'nt work...
I tried with Page Footer F and other Page Footer, I lose all that there is in under that Page Footer section...

I tried to search something and nothing seems to solve my problem...
The Page footer space still reserved, like as Brucevde said...
