    Need Help Creating a MP3 Scratch Program

    I'm interested in creating an mp3 scratch program.
    where you can scratch like a vinyl.
    I,m using Visual C# 2005 and would like to know how to use a buffer to move or scratch it back and forth. idea is to use a swap function to flip the buffer and then change the speed according to the mouse.

    Please help me make this program.
