Pop Up Menus

Can anybody tell me how to create popup menus without the menu bar being shown on a form or use popup menus on one form taking the menus from another form

Add the menu normally, but make the parent/root item(s) invisible. The menu bar will not be visible if there is nothing to show

...then when you want to show the menu, you would say PopupMenu MyMenu.
