vb user licence

There is this small Visual Basic application that needs to be deployed to the users.

There are plus minus 15 users who are going to use this application.Do I need to obtain user licences, and if so, how much will they cost per user?

Bon,

If you create an executable and a setup (thru the setup wizard) that installs the runtimes, you can run your app on other machines without installing vb on their machines.
As long as you don't install vb on their pcs, you won't need any additional licenses.
