vb user licence

There is this small Visual Basic application that needs to be deployed to the users.

There are plus minus 15 users who are going to use this application.Do I need to obtain user licences, and if so, how much will they cost per user?

question, you designed the app? Are you using a professional version? As far as I know, with the professional version you don't have to license the user who will use your app. Unless you use 3rd party controls. They may have restrictions on how you can use/deploy them. If you aren't using VB professional I'm not sure but I didn't think you were allowed to make apps for sale or use.
