Ok, so I had some issues with an update from microsoft for office. Basically it broke outlook and there glorious solution was to delete the profile on my computer and create a new one. This in itself was a pain in the ass, but it is done and over with. However, now in my Project I continuously get the following error when trying to read CSV files with the Microsoft Text Driver.

I have searched just about everywhere for a solution to this and have yet to come up with a working solution. Anyone happen to have an insight on this one. I would greatly appreciate it.
