    Resolved [RESOLVED] Vista and Virtual PC 2007

    Has anyone gotten Vista networking to work with Virtual PC 2007. All other Windows OS's I have gotten to work with no fanfare but with Vista the simple things wont work properly in Virtual PC 2007. Vista can't even find the host which is on the same virtual subnet.

    Any Clues????

    That's weird. I've had no trouble getting Vista to run in Virtual PC 2007. I'm sure you've check this, but did you make sure that the network card settings in the virtual machine properties are correct? I've had occasional people come to me with networking problems in Virtual PC and its always been that they didn't have a network card defined.

    Yes, that was the problem. All my other VM's automatically selected the proper card and the Vista VM did not.
