[2005] Two in one (subjects)
Hello again, I am here to ask 2 questions.
First question is, what requirements are need for me to use one click? I have servage as my web host. And was wondering if I can do one click with them.
Second question is, I need a book that can give me a better understanding of VB 2005 programming. I have learned the basics, but I would like a more in-depth understanding of VB 2005. So could some of you, give me a few ideas of books I might be able to buy?
Thanks so much!

1) I think he's talking about One Click deployment. You should search the deployment forum - you will probably find all the information you need or MSDN.

Hi Cyberflyz,
Of the three books I own, the best for in depth language features is my "Programming Visual Basic 2005: The Language" by Francesco Balena. This book is categorically NOT a complete walkthrough. He concentrates on the language itsself, and optimal techniques that take advantage of .Net. He's a great vb author and his books are highly rated.
As general advice, Amazon is also a great site to read reviews and ratings on various programming books.
Hope that helps,
Danny

ClickOnce deployment probably can be done from just about any server, Windows or Linux, that allows you to upload executables (EXE) files to it and allows users to download them. Check with your hosting service to see what they allow. All of the code for ClickOnce runs on the client side.
