about reports

I am accessing Access database using ADO through code (i.e., I don't use Data Environment or ADO data control) ... so my question is how to prepare a report using code because the data report requries "Data Source" property which is unavailable if either ADO data control or Data Environment exist ... the other thing is how to store a picture in a database and re-show it in a report ...? please help
