Buddy List
Presenty the Butty List display the names in textboxes.But it will be good if it is displayed in a hyperlink control.So that we can click the link and view the details

Yeah, that makes good sense. Unfortunately this site runs on standardised software and we can't afford to make too many modifications to it as it adds further delays to the upgrade process.
The Buddy/Ignore lists get an overhaul in version 3.6, though. (But amazingly they still haven't added hyperlinks!)

Qucik Links > Open Buddy List.
To add a member to your buddy list just view their profile and click the link "Add to buddy list". Its like a contact list for VBF members you frequently PM and such.

I believe so. I use it but I think in the newer version of vB its more obsolite as the autocomplete popup when typing the members name in the To box of a PM provides similar benefits.
Its a quick way to see if your "friends" are online from any page vs having to go to the index page of the site.
