Necessary Technical Skills:
· BS, Computer Science or equivalent
· 5 years industry experience
· 3+ years experience in Visual Basic (VB) software development
· Experience developing applications with MS Access or Oracle SQL
· Experience with network management application development , SNMP and MIB
· Object oriented design and development
