    Arrow Stretching an hdc with GDI+...?

    Hello folks?, I have a question for you,
    How can I do HDC stretching by using GDI+?,
    with GDI32 I use the StretchBlt function and all works ok, but the quality is very poor, so I would like to enhance the quality by using GDI+ library.
    Do you know how?,
