First off, just let you know you guys are great, I guess you hear it all the time but anyway. Here's another problem I have. Actually, I have two ways of getting the information I need, but I'm stuck on both ways. I need the read the information contained in an application other than my own. I've managed to gather all the other information from textboxes, combo boxes and so forth but the last piece of the puzzle, which is a confirmation number, is written as a caption (I think) of what seems to be a Tab Control of some sort. My first problem is that I don't see the control in my enumeration of child windows of the application when I run it. i see all the other controls like the text boxes but not that one. Maybe if someone is willing to help they can post their e-mail and I'll send a picture of the screen I'm talking about. I do have a second possibility of capturing the confirmation number, it is displayed on another screen as part of an apex.19 grid (The confirmation number being the first 6 characters of the selected line of the grid) At first I thought the control was a listbox which would of simplified my life but it seems it is an apex.19 control from what my enumeration says. Like I said before, if anyone thinks they can help by seeing a picture of it, I can send by e-mail...
