Selecting with mouse wheel in a richtext box

I have a rich text box. When I press the left mouse button and try to scroll down with the mouse wheel in order to select the text, it doesn't scroll down and nothing becomes selected... does anybody know a way to make this work?

Set a reference to C:\%windir%\system\mswheel.dll
Declare it eg.
Dim WheelyStuff As MsWheel (or whatever)
and see if it has any useful methods.
