Response How??

Is there a way to Use the Response.redirect method and have it Just update a Frame Rather than the Whole Browser?

And How would you Access a Frame using VBScript? I know that in JScript you can use Parent.frames("main")..... But I need this to be in VBScript... Mainly because I do not want to Code what I already have done :-)
