    [02/03] Balloon Tip in notify icon

    Is there any way to add a balloon tip to the normal notify icon control. Somethings thats easy and compatible. Using vb.net 2002-2003..

    There is no support for that in the standard .NET 1.x NotifyIcon, although there are several third-party derived classes available, e.g.
