Why no scrollbars for OLE controls???

Can anyone please tell me how to attach scrollbars for OLE container controls. For e.g., if I have a OLE container control and I embed Excel Worksheet into it. I am not able to scroll below the visible area of the worksheet. This is very important for my application, as I'm displaying huge data in the Excel worksheet.
