    Need programmer

    Hi, I need a programmer to do this program for me.

    A vb program that play music (either mp3 or wav) with play, pause, stop, resume function. And also detect the bass frequency in "real time". If a bass frequency is detected then send a low to output. I already know how to send a low to output, so I need the part that can detect the bass in real time. So I can do if bass is detect then ....

    This entire program is available for free on the fmod website. Their dll will play 21 different audio formats and comes with a sample program that draws an oscilloscope and a spectrum analyzer. Oh and by the way, it is free.
