I'm trying to segregate content over our company's Intranet on a WINNT server running IIS 4.0. I want to keep the company webpage visible but secure a protected folder (which will become the Intranet!). So far I've had little success so I'm wondering - is this possible?
I have anonymous and NT Challenge/Response Authentication setup however when trying to access the site I get "Access Denied" errors. A glance at the Event Viewer tells me my account was not accepted on the machine - seems as if my account details are being passed by the browser when I want to enter them myself in a dialogue box.
Any ideas??
