Pass string to SMS

Can anyone tell me if i can pass a string to the SMS program of a SmartPhone and activate the SMS program with the given string ready to be send? Must i call the API or the 5.0. mobile let me do it with a class?

Or if the SMS program can read a file and do it.
I have created my own program that reads-sends sms but now i need to use the windows mobile sms program not my own.
