Where can I learn Transact-SQL on the internet?

Any good book suggestions would help as well...preferably at retard level so I can understand...

A good book I used use was the SAMS series
Teach Yourself Transact-SQL in 21 days.

Thanks for the info on SQL...but I'm looking for info on Transact-SQL. Transact-SQL language is the main programming environment for SQLServer.
