Lock Control Panel

Hi vb-world!!
I need to lock the control panel access in the work stations, how can i denied the access to the control panel? i need to display a message or ask a password to enter at control panel utilities.

you can use tweakUI to hide any object from
control panel if u track the change inside
window registery
u can change it 'programi... '
