Re: need help about my selecting my career

But if the outsourcing links(US BASED LINKS) bear fruit
And if they don't come through, how long can you hold out just making enough to cover your expenses?
About the biggest problem any business has when starting out is cash flow.
If you take the job could you also keep trying to do your own business maybe nights and week-ends?
If you take the job and save the money you says you can save (10,000Rs/month) at the end of one year you would have 120,000Rs which would be a big help in starting a business.
So, maybe taking the job for a year wouldn't be a bad idea. But would you really save that money?
I am sure this is a hard decision for you to make, but I personally would rather work for less money doing something I really liked (maybe my own business) instead of working for someone else.
Another thing which you may need to consider is any family obligations you have. If you are single and don't have anyone else who counts on your for their support then you can take more of a chance than if you have family you have to help support.

It is kind of hard to give someone else advice when you don't really know that person and their needs.

I wish you the best of luck either in your business or your new job.

    anandjbsc:

    Congratulations on your decision.
I am sure the job will work out fine.
And, like I said, you can either try and continue your business part-time
in the evenings and week-ends or wait a year and then start again with the money you have saved.

Once again, I wish you well.
