.php not submit mail

I have my mail script. but when I run I get error:

Not Found

The requested URL /site_submit_email.php was not found on this server.
Apache Server at http://~localhost11 Port 80

I get no mail. Pls help...ll

If you want a "solution", maybe you should hire someone. I suggest rentacoder.com. And bear in mind they'll say the same things as us, seeing as most of us are professionals or experienced hobbyists.

This problem still hangs without solution.

This is part of my critical path, I must have solutions quick. The PHP hotmail page is no sending my email. The email fails to deliver. I have tried without the pssword. These are the details:

nothing you posted has anything to do with PHP. you didn't post even a morsel of PHP code. all you posted was a bunch of terribly formatted HTML -- with half of a style sheet, some meta tags and some headers. you can't just copy and paste the hotmail login page and expect it to work. that's ... sigh.

basically, from what I think you're trying to do, you CANNOT just send email via hotmail from some random PHP script. it looks like you're either trying to rip off hotmail's stuff; or send spam mail from a PHP script. I can't see why anyone would try to help you with either. like stated earlier, your best "solution" would be to hire someone to do it for you. failing that, actually try to learn the language, and then you might understand how to send mail!
