    Virus in pagefile.sys

    Hello

    I just found a virus in C:\Pagefile.sys
    It wasnt repairable, so my only option is to delete it...I googled and found that pagefile.sys is the "virtual memory in a system". Do you guys know if my system will completely crash if I remove this file? Or will it be re-created by windows automatically? (please say it is so)

    I am running Windows Vista.
