In the FAQ when I click on the reset field why the textbox not get cleared??

It's just a standard HTML form reset, so there shouldn't be a problem (it should work properly in all browsers). It works fine for me in Fx 2 and IE 6

Does it reset the drop-down lists?

Yes it reset the dropdown list but the textbox not get cleared.
