    how to create GPRS Enable Application Connectivity on PC????

    hi all,

    i want to create an application which receive Data from Other Cell Phones using GPRS, but i'm confused how to do it.

    1-Should i get a Static IP from my ISP and then these Cell Phone Send there data to that IP and I receive this Data using WinSock.

    2-Or i connect through GSM Modem to Internet and then use Winsock to receive data from these Cell Phone.

    kindly advice me in this regard.
