There are lots of cool apps out there to disable Ctl-Alt-Del and other system keys under Win9x. My favorite is DJapi. However, Windows 2000 plays by different rules.

Does anybody know how to turn off the system keys under Windows 2000?

I dont know about all system keys but I know that you can not hide a file/program that is running on an NT system.
