I am admin on another site and like to impliment a similar user reputation system, is there a mod I can DL for this one or something like this one?

The forum I admin is phpBB 2.0.21.

Other than the Mark Thread Resolved button, the rest is built into vBulletin and isn't a mod.

vBulletin is written with a lot of PHP, so you might be able to look at their code and figure out something similar to what they did.
