    Signing issues on Activex and CAB files

    Hi All,
    I have created a CAB file that has been created using a Package and Deployment Wizard.I have signed the CAB file using a test certificate provided by the Organization. When i call the CAB file from a HTML page it prompts for Install or a Dont Install option,On clicking the Install option the CAB file is getting downloaded in the Downloaded Program files in Windows directory but the HTML page is just showing an X mark what is this error due to ???

    Kindly Help me in this Regard???

    I have also attached the CAB file along with the HTML page pls check the below attachment and help me on this .
