I am new to visual basic .net. Currently i am using ver2003

The project i am requesting is a simple evaluation form that i don't have time to do. I will pay $10 to who can finish it first. I need it SOON! From the time of this posting you have 15hrs to complete it and have it sent to me. As soon as i test it and find that it works i will paypal you the money(let me know which email to send it to). When you email it to me zip it first.

This is the Project request:

Assume you have been selected to provide a tool for administering an “I love my teacher” survey to a class of students. The survey will consist of 3 questions. The response to each question is a ranking of 1, 3, or 5. The rankings are defined as follows: 1-Needs Improvement, 3 – Average, 5-Excellent.

Design an interface (form) that presents the three questions:

1) My teacher knows the subject matter.

2) My teacher grades fairly.

3) My teacher communicates effectively.

For each question, provide three radio buttons that represent the possible rankings: 1, 3, 5. The user should be able to select only one of the three radio buttons per question. Provide a button for indicating when the survey is completed. Provide a reset button.

Present the selections for each question on a ListView Form. Each column of the ListView Form will represent a question. For example, column 1 might represent question 1, column 2 might represent question 2, and column 3 might represent question 3. All responses for question 1 would be listed in column 1, all responses for question 2 would be presented in column 2, and all responses for question 3 would be presented in column 3. Columns should be labeled appropriately.

Forms should be named appropriately. Buttons should be named appropriately.

Also,

Provide a button on the ListView Form that will present the average response for each question when clicked. (This would be calculated by summing column 1 and calculating the average, summing column 2 and calculating the average, and summing column 3 and calculating the average.) The MessageBox should contain “The average score for question 1 is ____. The average score for question 2 is ____. The average score for question 3 is ____.” The ____s should be filled in appropriately.

Buttons should be named appropriately.

Remember 15hrs..Ready GO!

I have to say that, no offense, this is a very bad way to post a request to a bunch of programmers. First off, $10? I don't recall when $10 was worth anything after 1765. Also you also have a time limit set for someone? Partially this causes a big bomb to go off in someone's head right away because this says

"Oh, this must be for an assignment that the person is too lazy to do on his own"

Try offering a more reasonable money amount, and maybe make yourself sound a little more trustworthy before you ask someone to program for you to get $10 over paypal.

$10 if project is finished after 10hrs,
$20 if finished before 6hrs,
$25 if done within 4hrs.

These are my final prices. Take it or leave it. It is what it is.

Good enough, and I am sorry if I came off as rude...I was just trying to point out some flaws to help you get better results.

The 4hr time limit is up for the $25. Still waiting. It's a very somple task. I'm sure one of you gurus could do this in 5 min. But you were probably watching The final episode of the lost room or somthing. The next offer stands.

First submition is in, for the $20. This forum rocks. I'm goin to run it and check it out to make sure that there are no bugs. If program works there will be a hearty bonus.

If eval program doesn't work then new time is in effect. Just need a few minutes to check.

Wow! Thanks Runs perfect, even though it was done on ver2002. It converted over fine. The coding was simpler than i thought. Thanks VBwire, I know where to post my job offers now.

Programmer has been paid $20 + $80bonus.
