The WebClient class supports FTP and if you want more fine-grained control you can use the FtpWebRequest and FtpWebResponse classes. I suggest that you read about them in the MSDN library. If you want more specific help then I suggest you ask a more specific question. Your request is about as general as it gets.
Also, bumping a thread after 30 minutes? What's up with that?

Yes, please dont bump threads. If you have something to add to your post then that is ok but just a "bump" is frowned upon
