DLL Writing Program.

I read about a program to write Dynamic Link Library(DLL) files in the basic language!
Does anyone known the title of the program?

Yes, Its Called Visual Basic!

When starting a new project, select ActiveX DLL.

I was not talking about ActiveX Dll's but a true 32-Bit Windows DLL file, like Kernel32.dll!!!
