SQL Server/VB/.Net/Crystal Reports/App Admin

My company, an engineering firm in Northern New Jersey (Oradell) is looking for a Database admin/programmer/application admin ASAP. The position requires the applicant to have 3-5 years experience in

-SQL Server databases (7,2000)
-Visual Basic 6.0
-Crystal Reports
-dealing with Financial/accounting type applications

Added experience in the following is a plus
-ASP.Net
-C#
-VB.Net
-Costpoint application

The person hired for this job will be doing the following..

-Database Admin functions (backups, creating accounts, etc)

-Administering our company's third party Financial/Accounting software (Deltek Costpoint 5.1). This involves, Database maintenance, setting up user accounts, trouble shooting user problems, setting up workstation with the software, etc...

-Administering our Third party Purchase Card system, Time collection system, and any other third party applications.

-Technical consultant for future third party software installs.

-Programming interfaces between third party applications and custom in house applications.

-Creating custom reports using Crystal Reports (8.5,10,XIr2)
