How do you add you program to be in the menu when you right click on a any file...

How do you add you program to be in the menu when you right click on a any file like winzip adds 'add to zip...'

im pretty sure it is in the registry but i cant figure it out

Follow these steps:

1. Double-click on the "My Computer" icon on the Desktop.

2. Select "Display" and then "Options".

3. Go to the "File Types" tab.

4. You will see a list of all the file types you have in your computer. Choose a file extension and click "Edit".

5. You will see a screen with various options. What you need is the Actions list which shows you all the operations you can do on this extension. You can add new operation or edit the operations that already exist. This is easy so I believe you can continue at your own.

If you want to place it in the "Send To" folder, place your app in "C:\WINDOWS\SendTo".
