API tutorial?

Hi,

I have bought an API book called 'Visual Basic 6 Win32 API'. The problem is, the book is hard to understand and I don't think this guy explains things very well. Is there a great tutorial that I can download or something?

I was just curious since I've seen that url posted about three times in my first two weeks, so I just searched the forums for it... It's been posted 7 times..Just an interesting fact, but on to the question...
