Putting a file somewhere

Is there a way to actually make vb take a file out of a set place and move it somewhere like for say take a dll that your prog uses and stick it in the system folder.

To Move a File, use the Name.. As Statement, ie.

Name "C:\File.txt" As "C:\Files\File.txt"
