    It doesn't take 3. It takes one. The same guy can do all the things required to cange a lightbulb...

    He can fetch a chair to stand on AND go down to the cupboard under the stairs to fetch a new bulb AND insert the new bulb ALL AT THE SAME TIME. He can also schedule this to be done automatically later when he is out to lunch.
