Topics for VB.NET and ASP.NET Combined
I mean yeah, I can use VB as a language for using ASP, however, I am still quite confused.
I am tasked to list all the topics under the categories of
Basic
Intermediate
Advanced
I'm thinking basics should cover basically how to program in .NET using VB (irregardless of whether it be for app or web). Language constructs and the like. Maybe a few common objects
Intermediate, would entail DB Access, and whatever.
Advanced is for the advanced topics I have yet to find.
Now, is it advisable to somehow merge the two? This manual assumes that the trainee, will be able to code the App version and the web version.
so I am just too confused right now.

Your sentences are just as confusing.
No, it's not advisable to merge intermediate and advanced. Because advanced focuses on specific features, very narrow focus. Intermediate has a larger scope, so combining two of them would make you lose focus of the subject at hand.
